Planning Fees
Our planning fees are a one-time payment per trip.
We will book all elements of your travel.
The planning fee varies based on trip complexity and timeline.
White-Glove Planning Fee
$300 / person
This white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation from the list above, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel style.
Group Travel Planning
$350-$500 / household
Before bringing together a group of your favorite friends, family, followers, or clients we will work with the group organizer to curate the perfect itinerary. Each traveling household will then work with us individually to align their travel arrangements with the group plan, while at the same time meeting their personal travel needs. This is a planning and research service only.
Emergency Support / Rebooking Fee
$350 - $600 / person
Need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date? We can take care of the tiny details from canceling each element of your current booking to confirming new dates. Should you need rebooking services while you are away we can also take full care of that. This fee is in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier.

Clients are invited to schedule a complimentary consultation session to facilitate the travel advisor in understanding their preferences and aspirations, laying the groundwork for a collaborative journey towards fulfilling their vacation dreams.

PLANNING
Together, the travel advisor and clients embark on the planning phase, meticulously curating every aspect of the vacation, from accommodations and transfers to dining options, excursions, and activities, ensuring a bespoke and unforgettable experience.

FRUITION
With the agreed upon plan fully in place, the travelers are able to relax and fully immerse themselves in the experience, knowing that every aspect of their trip has been expertly executed. All they have to worry about is having a fantastic time.
